Mediation is generally recognised as the best alternative resolution to litigation in over 90% of cases. It substantially reduces risk & costs to the participants. Time is saved and stress is kept to an absolute minimum while the adversarial & very Public atmosphere of Court is avoided.

On completion of successful Mediation, the Agreement terms are drawn up. The mediator records it and it is signed by the parties. The Mediator will provide a review date to monitor progress. The Mediator will contact the parties at the review date to determine if the new agreement is working, & consider further Mediation if required.
