Ian's approach to MEDIATION has evolved from many years of "Hands on experience" in Business Contracts Dispute settlements. A qualified "UK Mediation" Practitioner and Relationship Mentor. Ian is also well versed in HR and Trades Union negotiations.

In both his work life and Volunteer Counsellor experiences; Ian has encountered a range of disputing parties, from complex Family Breakdowns, to Business Contract and Human Resources disputes.
